Can I make a return?

In compliance with Law 3/2014, you will have the right to return any item within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that you keep the original packaging with all accessories, and the product has not been used or unsealed. If the return period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be extended until the next working day. In the event of a return due to a change of mind, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, despite having enjoyed free shipping costs. Breathalyzers for personal or professional use, as well as sanitary or personal hygiene products, may not be returned once unsealed for hygiene reasons. In the event that you wish to return a product within 14 calendar days, but have unsealed it and used it to test it, thus decreasing the value of the product and preventing it from being resold as new, you will not receive a full refund of the product. A minimum depreciation of 5% will be applied, which can reach 60%, depending on the wear and tear or losses that the item may have suffered and whose valuation will be carried out by our SAT once the item has been received at our facilities.

¿How do I make a return?

To return a product you must write to us through the contact form on our website or by calling our telephone number 919 61 81 84. The customer service department will give you the necessary directions.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so as long as we have not shipped the order. If the order has been processed and is in delivery, you must wait to receive it and proceed to return it. To this end, the conditions set for the return must be met.

I want to receive the order soon, is there urgent shipping?

When you make your purchase, there is a step where you must indicate the type of transportation you want. By default Economy Transport will appear, but you can choose Express Courier. Shipping costs will be increased by a small amount, but we guarantee that you will receive your purchase within 24 – 48 hours.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are between 1 and 7 days depending on the destination. They will only count working days from Monday to Friday. In the event that you make your purchase after 2:00 p.m., due to the fact that the transport agencies have already collected our packages, the delivery time will begin to count from the next day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Can I download my invoice online?

If you would like a receipt, you can download the online invoice for your order in PDF. To do this, you must log in to our website and go to “My Account”, and in the “My Orders” section you will be able to see your purchase history. In the “Invoice” column, you will need to click on the PDF file you want to download.
